Join our VCA community as a full-time Float Veterinarian in the Coachella Valley supporting three of our Primary Care hospitals located in Bermuda Dunes and La Quinta, CA. For the first time in the area, we are seeking an experienced veterinarian that would enjoy having a flexible schedule across three hospitals, VCA All Creatures, VCA Desert Dunes and VCA Village Park.

Schedule
- Flexible full-time hours, rotating between hospitals to cover open shifts, vacations and CE days.
- No weekends required.
- The ability to pick up exotics shifts, wellness, sick pets, surgeries or procedures that you are passionate about or want to learn more about.
- Doctor schedules are combined for all three hospitals and posted minimum of three months ahead and a preference of six months.
- Hospital hours of operation either 7:30am to 5:30pm or 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday.
- Closed on major holidays.

Total Rewards

Compensation
- The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $180,000.
- Potential bonus for retention and based off performance.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in California, or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
