CareVet is offering a total compensation package of $200K guaranteed in your first year (based on experience) at Spring Valley Veterinary Clinic in Schaumburg, IL, as a full-time DVM team member. In addition, this role includes a production bonus plan, flexible scheduling, 401(k) match, “true” paid time off, and access to our veterinarian vacation plan.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DVM who likes performing surgeries and dentistry.

Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian with strong surgical skills to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine and surgery while working closely with our skilled support staff. Your expertise and passion for patient care will contribute to the continued success of our clinic.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- Licensure in the state/s candidate will be working
- Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
- Outstanding dexterity in handling animals while performing precise tasks
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
- Strong fondness and understanding of animals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of animal behavior
- Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
