Searching for an associate veterinarian to fill a full time position at our 6 doctor small animal practice in Pitman, NJ. Preference given to applicants with experience, but will consider a confident and motivated new graduate.  Relaxed work schedule provides excellent production based compensation. In house access to Cardiologist and Internal Medicine Specialist. Technical staff is mostly graduate technicians and staff retention is excellent with several over 20 years experience. Greater than 4:1 staff:doctor ratio during appointment hours. Clientele overall able and willing to pursue top level care for their pets. We pride ourselves on providing the best client and patient experience possible. Practice culture is supportive with a focus on work- life balance. Weekday schedule is flexible depending on applicant needs. Weekend schedule rotates and will require 1 out of every 3 Saturdays from 8-noon. All veterinarians help with vacation coverage (and get to pet the fluffiest kittens).
