Animal Kingdom Veterinary Care Center in North Liberty, Iowa is hiring a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team!  New grads are welcome to apply and will be exposed to a nurturing environment, with doctors who have a variety of interests and experience. Experienced veterinarians will be joining a collegial, collaborative atmosphere. We welcome and support growth in all areas of veterinary medicine.

About our clinic: Animal Kingdom Veterinary Care Center is a full-service, small animal general practice that treats dogs, cats, and pocket pets. We fully remodeled in 2016 and you can watch a virtual tour of the hospital at akvcc.com/about/tour. We have laptops containing our electronic medical record software for each doctor to use in exam rooms, allowing for note taking during appointments. Our diagnostic equipment includes an in-house lab, video otoscope, microscope, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. 

Our doctors perform a variety of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. We utilize a nearby specialty/emergency clinic for referrals and emergencies, so no on-call shifts are required. Our associate, Dr. Ana Falk, is a certified veterinary acupuncturist, which allows us to offer this additional service to our patients. We have a Companion therapeutic laser unit that's used frequently for joint pain, post-op surgical incisions, and wound care.
