Animal Medical Center of Cascades is interviewing Associate Veterinarians to join our team full time or part time. We are a busy and rapidly growing full-service hospital serving Northern Virginia since 2000. We strongly value our relationships with our clients and consistently drive education and compliance. We are a privately owned, small animal, full-service paper light hospital that practices high quality medicine, surgery and regenerative medicine. We currently have two full-time doctors, three LVTs (one board certified in dentistry) and a strong support staff. Each of our doctors are experienced in the industry and are happy to mentor new/recent graduates. We can offer advanced dentistry procedures as well as orthopedics. We utilize cutting edge equipment, uphold an engaging environment, and provide constant learning opportunities. We strive to foster an environment with continuous team mentorship and development. We believe that staff happiness and job fulfillment should always be one of our top priorities.
We offer a competitive compensation package with:
- Base Plus Salary (with a clientele that encourages us to do it all and more!) - Health Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, Licenses and Membership dues - IRA (with 3% match after 1 year successful employment)
- Generous CE pay and time allowance and six paid holidays
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year (increases the longer you are part of our team) - Rotating weekends and a flexible schedule (4 day work week is an option)
