This is a salary only position and the salary range annually for a 40-hour work week will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus. Crossroads Veterinary Hospital in Sherwood, Oregon is looking to add an associate veterinarian to our long tenured team. Our four doctor practice has a 1:2 ratio with five CVTs and five techs as well as a knowledgeable support staff. We run a regular small animal practice but we also have an Urgent Care Center where our clients can come to if they have something that can't wait for a regularly scheduled appointment. Our facility has in house lab, ultrasound machine, digital x-ray, and dental x-ray. We are dedicated to giving back and work with several shelters and non-profit organizations including Cat Adoption Team, Bulldog Rescue, Old Dog Haven, Boxer Rescue, and Cat Alliance Team.
New and experienced vets are welcome to apply. We do not have any after hours or on call requirements, we have a four-day work week with rotating weekends. We want our employees to love their time at our hospital while developing skills to be the best they can be.
The Sherwood area is quite active and has weekly concerts in the park. There are several festivals throughout the year including the Sherwood Robin Hood Festival, and a fantastic farmers market. It is an up and coming wine destination and is surrounded by u-pick farms and tree farms.
