Job Description
The Practice
Garth Animal Hospital is an independently owned small animal practice in Baytown, Texas. We have grown rapidly on the strength of a strong community reputation, five-star patient reviews, and a Fear-Free culture that runs through every aspect of how we operate.
Our owner DVM also sees exotics. If that interests you, there is room to work alongside her and grow in that area. If small animals are your focus, perfectly fine either way.
We are bringing on our third and final associate to complete the team.
Not sure if we are the right fit? Take a virtual walkthrough of the clinic on Google Maps and read through our reviews. We think it tells the story better than we can.
Fear-Free
Fear-Free principles guide how we handle our patients. Our team is trained in it, our protocols are built around it, and our clients choose us because of it. If you believe that low-stress handling produces better medicine and better outcomes, you will fit right in here.
The Role
You will carry a small animal caseload that includes wellness and preventative care, sick patient diagnostics and treatment, dentistry, soft tissue surgery including spays and neuters, internal medicine, and client communication and case follow-up. You will have the autonomy to practice the way you were trained, with a collaborative support team behind you.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
