Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an associate veterinarian who enjoys building relationships with clients, providing exceptional patient care, and working as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, comfortable with diagnostics and surgery, and eager to contribute to a positive hospital culture.
Experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply, but we also proudly support early-career doctors through a structured mentorship program designed to build confidence and clinical skills.
Who You Are
- Experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
- Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Utah
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for continued professional development and learning

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
