Medical Director, Veterinarian (DVM)Animal HealthCare Center | Lake Worth, FL
Animal HealthCare Center is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead our AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in beautiful Palm Beach County, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about clinical excellence, team mentorship, and hospital leadership while continuing to practice high-quality medicine.
Our state-of-the-art facility is supported by a skilled, collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care and an outstanding client experience.
About the Role
As Medical Director, you will serve as the clinical leader of the hospital, helping to maintain medical standards, mentor associates, and partner with hospital leadership to support continued growth and success. This role offers the perfect balance of hands-on medicine and leadership responsibilities in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
We welcome experienced veterinarians ready to step into leadership as well as seasoned Medical Directors seeking a well-resourced practice with strong support systems.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
